1. Go to Banking, then select Online Banking Setup and choose your financial institution (select Web Connect (WC) when prompted).
2. Click Website to open your bank’s site, then download your transactions in QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) format.

5. Once imported, your transactions will appear in the Downloaded Transactions window.

To import transactions after the initial setup, simply follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Banking, then select the Downloaded Transactions, choose your account, and download the Web Connect (.qbo) file from your bank.
2. In QuickBooks, click Import File, select the .qbo file, and import the transactions.
3. Review and finalize the transactions in the Downloaded Transactions window.
