I appreciate you letting us know you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant, Dennis. It's a great tool for efficiently managing multiple clients' books. Let me walk you through the first steps to set everything up.

When you sign up for QuickBooks Online Accountant, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account. After completing the setup, you will be taken to your dashboard, where you can manage your clients and your firm's accounts.

If you haven't completed setting up your account and you skip some steps, log in to your account and go to the Gear icon. Then, select Company Settings to fill in your details.

If you have an accounting team, you can add your members to ensure they can access QuickBooks.

If you're working with a client who doesn't have QuickBooks yet, you can add them to your firm and subscribe on their behalf. This way, you can select the best products tailored to their business needs.

If your client invited you to manage their company, you will receive an invitation link at your associated email address. You will need to accept the invitation to gain access.

I'm adding this screenshot to show how to switch from your firm account to your client's company to access their books. 

Now, you can start managing their transactions, such as creating invoices and recording expenses.
