did you ever get this resolved? We are having the same issue and have been uploading CSV files each month for the Amex sub-accounts. The parent account syncs fine but only shows the transactions done by the primary cardholder. The transactions on the sub-accounts under the primary card are not syncing into QB. They used to but stopped months ago.
