QBO is total BS.   There is no help unless I pay for it.  Which if it were me causing the issues might be justified.  I have used Quickbooks for 8 years now.   The Desktop version was bad, but you could figure out work arounds.   Then I'm forced to upgrade, spend 4x the money and its half as good.   It's time for a class action lawsuit.   Have you seen your Trust Pilot scores?!  1.2 stars.   You've rolled out something that is not even beta, it's zeta.   There are 23 transactions in my parent account.   No messages about a bank feed down.   It will not sort, it will not find anything in a custom time frame and we have hundreds per month.   I currently have 23 transactions in total.   I update the bank feed, I research the FAQ and community.   I DO THIS S**T EVERY DAY BECAUSE THIS DOESN"T WORK.   Menus change.  It won't load in the morning.   I click COPY ME on the email and NEVER GET an email copied to me.   I never know if my customers get my estimates unless I download it to pdf and send it myself.   I don't have time to run a business and make this piece of crap work.
