Issue #1: "Recurring transactions not dropping off the list"

• Trigger: You manually complete a reminder transaction.

• Expected Behavior: After saving, QBO should auto-refresh and remove it from the Recurring Transactions list.

• Workaround (previously working): Clear the filter → reapply filter → transaction disappears from list.

• Current Status: Even this manual refresh no longer removes the used reminder from the list.

Issue #2: "Recurring Reminder stays in list after use"

• Trigger: After using a reminder (e.g., you click “Use”), QBO redirects you back to the list.

• Expected Behavior: That reminder should disappear immediately upon return.

• Current Behavior: It stays put, misleading the user into thinking it hasn’t been used ye

Put this in point form to clarify the two different issues so they understand that after use they no longer clear also, but I was able to clear them after use by using steps to clear the filter and then add my filter perameters again.
