Agreed & wish I would have not been so patient - 6 months of waiting, including the multiple attempts on the phone with "customer support" who know **nothing** about the banking side, and as of two days ago we still get the infamous "Whoops, something needs to be fixed" error. We're trying to deposit printed, double-signed business checks, none of which are large amounts. (The only clients that don't pay by card or ACH via our Stripe account are public schools... one would think QB/Green Dot would take those checks as valid, but alas, no.) Bare minimum one would expect they have a human team that can verify any images that the app might think is hinky, but they don't even have that!

We've decided to close the QuickBooks / Green Dot checking account because it still cannot do something as simple as deposit a check. The customer service is a joke, and our assumption that "QB Checking" being integrated with QB would somehow make updating transactions faster, but QB itself doesn't update the transactions any faster than it does with an external connected bank account, so... zero benefit. The ability to make deposits and have someone on the other end of the phone who actually knows how to fix any issues far outweigh the **perceived** benefit of Green Dot. As we now know the only beneficiary is Intuit who due to the relationship can now pester all its clients with loans because they get a piece of all the extra cash flow.

The officially accepted resolution to this problem: do not use QuickBooks Checking (Green Dot). That is the ONLY solution after 6 months of giving Intuit the benefit of the doubt, which it clearly did not deserve –  Intuit is "a technology company", indeed. Can't even figure out how to deposit a check. Snarf.
