The steps shared in Shania_C's post cover how to reclassify transactions in QuickBooks Online Advanced. That's how you can use your reclassify tool is opened you can batch edit transactions with the steps from their post.
If you're not currently subscribed to an Advanced plan, you can upgrade any time. After upgrading, you'll have access to the reclassify transactions tool.
Here's how:
- Sign in as a primary or company admin.
- Use the Gear icon, then go to Subscriptions and billing.
- Confirm your payment details are up-to-date.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, click Upgrade your plan.
- Review your available plans and hit Choose plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish upgrading.
