Hi, @DebHC. Welcome to the Community!

Allow me to guide you through the process of reviewing the rules you've already created. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions.
  2. Click the Rules menu, and from there, you'll be able to view all the Rules you've set up
  3. Select Edit for the specific rule you'd like to review.

For more details about bank rules, you can refer to this article: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can check out this helpful article: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. It provides step-by-step guidance on how to categorize your bank transactions effectively.
