Who are the people who do this so called "customer service" at quickbooks?? Who talks like this?? 

To be clear, as of march 2025 QBO does not support Venmo business accounts for automatically uploading transactions. 

There was that so hard?? Why do you guys go round and round with all the "we are so happy you found us!" and "thank you for entering this discussion!" "lets ensure you did all the meaningless steps first!" and then going forward with a word salad that doesn't lead to anything but the answer I just gave in bold. Doesn't work... If you are still trying to figure this out it's simple. QBO lets you login in to your personal Venmo account. It will sync your personal venmo transactions but NOT your business transactions. Why? Who knows. Probably has something to do with the fact that Venmo requires a personal account be your parent account for any subsequent business accounts. That means you don't actually have login info for your biz account, only your personal one. Therefor you can't access your Venmo business account by giving QBO your personal login. I don't know if QBO or Venmo is to blame for this maddening situation but to all QBO reps, please stop patronizing people if you don't know the answer and ESPECIALLY stop patronizing people when you absolutely DO know the answer is one they won't like. They are not going to find it more enjoyable to also have their time wasted.
