Same thing is happening to me. Various deposits are being held. It's been two weeks now. I've called multiple times and I'm always told the same thing: they are going to escalate it and I will receive a call. The call never comes and then I call again and we are back at square one. I also never received the email they say I was supposed to received explaining what information is needed from me.
