I have reviewed the guide downloaded from SecurityMetrics and need to complete the SAQ A form but I cannot find the form. I'm getting emails from them asking me to schedule a call; I'm sure this is to sell me as a service I neither need nor want. Is there a way to download the SAQ A form to complete that to submit to Intuit?
