I see the importance of having complete and accurate financial records, RS6101. Let's work on getting those missing bank transactions to appear in QuickBooks by exploring another option.

Before we begin, please know that QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) relies on the data provided by your financial institution. Therefore, I suggest visiting your bank's website to see if there has been system maintenance during this period, as this affects the data transfer to QBSE. Also, you can consider reaching out to their support team to confirm their connectivity with QuickBooks.

Furthermore, since you want to locate these missing transactions, I recommend comparing your QuickBooks records with your bank statements for the same period. This comparison will help identify which transactions are missing and need to be manually uploaded. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your QBSE account.
  2. On your left navigation panel, select Transactions.
  3. On the Transactions page, ensure that both the Type and Account dropdown menus are set to All to view all transactions comprehensively.
  4. In the Date dropdown, click the Custom date, then choose the Start date and End date.

Moreover, since these transactions are from previous months, I recommend manually uploading them into the system. This will help ensure that all past transactions are accurately recorded and that your financial records in QuickBooks are updated.

You can always respond back to this thread if you have other queries or require further assistance with managing your financial records. I'm always happy to provide you a helping hand.
