I'm having the same issue and found this page.  I'm missing transactions from May to November of 2024.  I had no idea but I was on there looking for a specific transaction and notice that this one was missing for those months.  How do I know what other transactions are missing?  I pay for this so that I don't have to do all this work myself and now I am having to do all the work because I have to go through all of my accounts because now I have no trust that quickbooks is doing things correctly.  I see from this thread that this has happened last year as well.  Now I am wondering if this happened to me last year too and I just didn't know.  I'm gonna have to move on from quickbooks since now it appears that I am paying for something that I will have to do manually anyway.  Hows it possible that the price of this service increases but the actual service part gets worse.
