I recognize you've already contacted our live support team. Here in the Community, we don't have access to specialized tools to access and review your account setup safely and find out what's causing the missing update button. Our live support team can create a ticket to further investigate this issue.

  2. Click the Search tab and tap Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic to connect with the live expert.
