I have had 15 hours of phone calls trying to straighten out the download situation.  Chase does not communicate with intuit anymore, which i do not understand, it is a national bank!  I can't do the downloads like everyone else because i go thru Rightworks.  This is extremely frustrating, especially when you have over 150 transactions in one day.
