I may have just found the answer if you have Enterprise, but not accountant version.  

Company at top of screen

scroll down to Accounting Tools

the first option is Reclassify Transactions

enter the dates you want to work with then couble click the name of the account you wish to change.  You can change what types you wish to view under the date range. 

Place a check by the transactions you want to change then clilck on the Account to at the bottom and select the correct account and or class

Click Reclassify on the bottom right
