However, if you're a QuickBooks Online (QBO) user, we can perform browser troubleshooting steps to resolve any unusual behavior you may be experiencing with a cloud-based application like QuickBooks.
You can start by accessing your company file in a private window, and see if the transactions are now visible. After that, I recommend clearing your cache or cookies to avoid similar issues in the future. Other than that, we can use other supported browsers for a better experience.
