Buy nowYou keep saying the same responses over and over on every thread about this. Not really saying anything or solving the issue. For example, you have this nonsensical paragraph in your clarification that all of you reps copy and paste that says “you need to determine how your bank downloads transactions“. How exactly are we supposed to do that? You don’t outline how to figure that out, you just repeatedly say that as if it’s helpful. Additionally, you guys should know by now how Chase does it given that it’s an enormous bank and should be able to simply guide these types of questions on the right answer. I have looked through like 10 of these questions so far on this website and they have been completely unhelpful because you guys just keep copying and pasting the same three responses, none of which are even slightly helpful at all. So answer this very specific question: do Chase credit card bank transactions download to a single account or to individual accounts? Depending on the answer it should be pretty self-explanatory how to fix it assuming that the rest of your instructions are accurate. But so far all I’m seeing are people saying that they tried both ways of doing it and neither one works correctly.
