I recognize the frustration and appreciate your patience with the recurring transaction reminders disappearing from the reminder list in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, MN_Mom. Allow me to assist you by connecting you with our customer care team.

Our QBO customer support team can assist you by examining your account using specialized tools to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue. Please know that Community is a public forum and accessing our user's account is not possible. To contact them, kindly follow the steps provided below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

Please know that our QBO support hours depend on your subscription plan. Below is the detailed list.

  • QBO Simple StartPlus, and Essentials support teams are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 6 am to 3 pm following Pacific Time.
  • The QBO Advance user support team is available 24/7 for assistance.

In addition, I'll be leaving you this article that you can use as a guide when you start categorizing your bank transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you with your QBO recurring transactions with reminders. I'll be sure to assist you in any way possible.
