Thank you for letting us know about the error you encountered, joeMD.

 

Please follow these steps to reconnect your Chase account:

  1. On the Banking page, click on Add account.
  2. Search and select Chase Bank.
  3. Follow the log in prompts. 
  4. Ensure all the accounts are checked. Continue through the window. 
  5. When you get to the window where QBO is asking you to map your Bank accounts to accounts, close this window.

Restart QuickBooks Online after the connection. Your Chase account is now updated.
