Quickbook Support: We would like to see the following: 1) An acknowledgment of the issue. 2) What is being done internally to address this issue? 3) Updates on the progress towards fixing or an estimated date when the issue will be resolved. 4) Any workarounds that can be used until the issue is fixed.
