In QuickBooks Desktop, error OLSU-1011 occurs when there are issues with your bank's servers. To help you fix this issue, I recommend following the steps provided by my colleagues above and ensure to secure a backup copy of your company file before performing them.

However, if the issue persists even after performing the steps on this thread, it's best to contact our Customer Care Team. They have the relevant tools to provide real-time assistance and may create an investigation ticket if necessary.

 

In the meantime, you can manually import the credit card transactions into your QuickBooks account so you can match them from your banking feeds.
