You understand I have already called support and did not have a good user experience. They did NOT have the expertise to solve the problem. Maybe I should call up and request a supervisor? 

 

You also understand that I have 5 other banks configured that are all working correctly...only "Citi" has stopped working for the past 96 hours.

 

I wish people would please stop telling me how to set-up banks feeds... I already know how.
