Yes, it is on. It's always been turned on, as it worked at one point and then stopped. This is the first I've heard anything about needing a "unique ID" from my bank. I referenced the link you sent, but it doesn't say anything about how or what to do with this unique ID. It only mentions that if your bank doesn't offer this ID, you must match them manually. How do I get this unique ID from Bank of America, and what should I do with it?

 

Furthermore, why would this even matter for the merchant service transactions? I can understand all the other transactions not being matched because they weren't processed through the merchant service, but the merchant service is tied with QBO. QBO should be capable of matching all transactions it generates and charges. I mean, they ultimately end up in the account it's feeding from. This isn't a complex request to ask, especially when it previously worked at one time...
