Please make sure that the link you are using to login is accurate. You can go to Wells Fargo's official website and manually copy the URL of the CEO login page. Then, paste it in the program. Alternatively, you can consider connecting your account using an incognito or other supported browsers.

 

Kindly refer to the keyboard shortcut keys below to proceed:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

However, if it still routes you to a different login screen, I recommend to reach out to our customer support team so that they can investigate the issue further.  To contact support, here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Open the Search tab, and select Contact Us.
    • Pick Using QuickBooks or Ask about something else. If you chose the latter, input a brief explanation of your concern in the provided field.
    • Click Continue.
  3. Choose the Chat or Callback option.
