Getting bank transaction images gives you a better reference of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) bank entries, @jdjdjksk.

QuickBooks attaches check and deposit images when downloading transactions. Also, it is dependent on the entries sent by your bank. Thus, I recommend you reach out to your bank to see if they support sending images together with the bank entries to the application.

Once they confirm that they allow or send attachments with your bank entries, we can use and log in to your company file using a supported or private browser. That way, we can check if this has only been caused by a network latency, which means a delay of data transmission from your bank to applications like QuickBooks. Otherwise, you'll have to manually add the attachments using the steps below:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select the bank account where the transaction is located.
  2. Under the For Review section, locate the entry you want to add the attachments to and click it to expand.
  3. Click the Add Attachment icon and browse the document you want to attach.
  4. After that, click Add. You can follow the same process for the other transactions.

Furthermore, you can begin categorizing your transactions to add them to the correct accounts and reconcile them afterward to ensure your books are balanced:
