I didn't believe something so easy would work BUT - WOW it sure did!  Thanks so much for sharing with everyone. I have a feeling this happens a lot, so I'm adding it to a file I set up on my desktop "QB solutions" (there are many) and this will definitely be a "saver!!"  Thanks again!
