It's important to keep in mind that the Pay Bills Online feature is no longer accessible in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as it was originally designed for use with Bill.com, which is also no longer in service. However, if you mean QuickBooks Bill pay, you can follow these steps to verify your account.

1. Select Enter account info manually.
2. Enter bank details and select Continue.
3. Wait for 2 small deposits from Intuit in your bank account within 3 business days.
4. Keep an eye on your bank account for 2 deposits from Intuit. Once the deposits appear in your bank account, go back to schedule a payment for the relevant bill.
5. You'll see the bank name and account number. Click on Verify this account.
6. Enter the amounts of the deposits, and you're all set.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Checking. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Lending & banking, then select QuickBooks Checking.
2. Select Transfer and then choose Transfer money.
3. Click on Add a bank.
4. Enter your bank name and select your account type.
5. Input your account number and routing number.
6. Once you're ready to connect, click Next.
7. Navigate Lending & banking, then QuickBooks Checking 
8. Select Verify bank.
9. Enter the two amounts deposited by QuickBooks and then Confirm.
