Hi there, @Kazsnafix.

I'm here to help you fix your Chase bank connection with QuickBooks Online for your transactions to flow perfectly into your QBO account.

Here's how to check different areas of your accounts to find missing transactions:

  1. Manually update your bank connection in QuickBooks Online.
    1. On the left menu, hover over Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
    2. Choose your Chase business checking bank feed, then click the Update button.
  2. Check around the Banking menu.
    1. While on the Bank Transactions page, check out the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs for the transactions.
  3. Check your bank account from your bank's website to see if any issues could have caused the problem.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support to investigate this case further and apply a solution as soon as possible.

After getting your transactions flowing into your QBO account, you can also consider categorizing them into their designated accounts.

Please don't hesitate to reply below if you have additional concerns besides fixing your Chase bank connection to your QuickBooks Online account. I'm always here to assist you.
