Thank you for sharing screenshots, wolfys21. Let me chime in and share updates concerning the PNC bank connection.

We've received similar cases where linking the PNC bank prompts an error of "Service unavailable Online banking is unavailable right now. Please try again later or contact us." Our online banking team has identified the issue is caused by expired access tokens. To resolve this, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting all affected PNC accounts. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the account displaying the error and click on the Check Connections link.
  3. Enter your login credentials.
  4. Choose all accounts you want QuickBooks to have access to.
  5. Hit Continue (this word might vary slightly depending on your bank's website). The OAuth window will close after this step.
  6. Click Update to ensure transactions will download into the account.
