I can see how those duplicate transactions keep coming into the QuickBooks bank feed has impacted your business time. Please know that we've received similar cases or reports about this issue with Bank of America. Let me route you to the right support team to assist you further on this matter.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to be added to the affected users list and monitor the status of the investigation. This also ensures you receive email updates about this banking issue and resolution to resolve this.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  4. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  6. Choose how you'll want to get in touch with the support.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.

For now, you can follow the steps suggested above regarding excluding entries so they won't appear in any account registers or financial reports.

In case you need steps on how you can create a rule to automatically organize entries from your bank, you can read this article: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can always add a comment below or post again in the Community forum if you need anything else managing bank data in QBO. I'm still here to guide and assist you whenever you need help, norenjen000. Take care always.
