You should take the time to read ALL of the responses before responding.  If you had you would have seen that calling to talk to a human being gets us no where.  Because the human beings don't know how to actually help other than tell us the same thing over and over.  Deleting and resetting the rules does not work.  Posting a question to the online community also does not work.  The whole system is a complete farce.
