Thanks for joining the thread and adding a screenshot, @sster.

Once you import bank transactions, you should be able to see the bank accounts you've created inside QuickBooks from the drop-down list.

Sometimes, too much accumulated cache in the browser can cause unexpected behavior in the program. This can be the reason why you're getting this experience during the importation process.

To fix the issue, I'd suggest opening your account in a private window. Doing this will help us check if the problem is related to a cache issue. Here's how to access your account in incognito mode:

  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

Once done, try to import your bank transactions again. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, use another supported browser instead.

After your transactions are in, you can now categorize them. This way, they will go straight to your bank's register.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions about importing your bank data into QuickBooks. I'll be here to help you out. Have a good one.
