Hello and welcome to the Community, Edwinr0126. I will assist you in converting your bank document for easy import into QuickBooks.

You can convert PDF documents from your bank through the QBO format or by utilizing CSV or Quicken (QFX) files. A third-party converter to import bank data would also be a great help.

Moreover, you can check out QuickBooks Apps to discover a suitable tool for importing. Use keywords to search for the most appropriate app. I recommended reviewing the app details before selecting the Get app now option.

Once done, you can then proceed to import your transactions. I’ll show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left pane.
  2. Choose the account you want to upload.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  4. Select the Drag and drop or select files.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Explore this article for additional guidance in entering bank transactions into the program: Manually uploading transactions to QBO.
