So, after some thought, I think I might know what I need to do.  I think I need to disconnect my bank account from the sub-account and reconnect it to my parent account.  When my transactions com through, I just match them to the appropriate sub-account, right?  Then I can reconcile the parent account.  Does the QB community agree?
