I can imagine the hurdle you've been through when trying to sync bank accounts into QuickBooks Self-Employed. This isn't the experience we want you to have. Allow me to chime in so you can get around this issue and be able to see those missing transactions.

 

First, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've performed to fix this matter. Since the issue persists on your end, you'll want to reach out to your bank. There's a great possibility that there is system maintenance. 

 

If it's good on their end, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team Support. This way, you'll be able to have a screen-sharing session with them to investigate your query further and find a possible resolution.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant feature.
  2. Type in Talk to a human.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us.
