Welcome to the Community, rharvey. Let me help you display your transaction during reconciliation.

First off, we need to check if the transactions are categorized.

Here's how:

  1. In the left panel, click Transactions, then Bank Transaction
  2. Select the tile for the account you want to review.
  3. Click the For Review tab to categorize them.

After that, we can also check in the Chart of Accounts if the missing transactions are manually reconciled, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Accounting, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the View register link of the bank account.
  3. Select the funnel icon and filter it by Reconcile StatusTransaction TypePayee, and Date.
  4. Hit Apply.
  5. Find the transaction and check if you see the letter R under the Reconcile Status (indicated by a checkmark) column. This means Reconciled
  6. Edit the transaction if necessary and click Save.

For future reference, this article can help you what to do if QuickBooks Online doesn't match your bank statement at the end of a reconciliation: Fix issues at the end of a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to add a comment below if you have any other reconciliation concerns, and I'll always be here to help you. Keep safe!
