Upon checking, the investigation regarding the inability to connect PayPal credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO) has been closed. On that note, I recommend contacting our support team to ask for updates about this issue. They have the resources to review your information in a secure environment. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Contact Us button. 
  2. From the What can we help you with? field enter a description of your situation. 
  3. Select how you want to connect with us: 
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
