I recognize the efforts you've put into resolving the issue you encountered, krazedbuilds. Let me join this conversation and give updates on the investigation created for this problem. 

 

As my colleague provided, there's currently an investigation about PayPal transactions not posting properly in QuickBooks Online (QBO) (INV-97458). Rest assured, our product engineers are working diligently to get this fixed. Since this is a recent investigation case, there's no current workaround. Therefore, I encourage contacting our Support Team to add you to the list of affected users and be informed promptly once the issue is resolved. 

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to Help (?).
  2. Select either of these tabs:
  • Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.

    3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
