Thanks for joining us in this thread. I'm here to provide some information about the ongoing issue with TSB Business account.

 

Our Online Banking Team is aware of the issue, and they're currently investigating this particular occurrence. For now, you may want to give us a call to receive updates. When you do, provide this investigation number: 28794.

 

Here's how to get in contact with them:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click on Contact us.
  3. Enter your questions or concerns and click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.

As a workaround, you can upload bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). For your reference, you can check out this article for further guidance: Download transactions from your bank's website.

 

Rest assured that updates will be given to you once this gets resolved.
