Hello there, gsa11

You're correct that credit card entries aren't included in the list of transactions that can't be batch deleted or voided, as indicated in the article. Let me provide clarification and ensure you can perform an alternative way to achieve your goal.

As mentioned above, the  Batch Delete/Void Transactions option only allows you to delete BillsInvoicesChecks, and Sales Orders. That said, removing or voiding the credit card entries as batch is currently unavailable and you have to do the process manually.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Lists menu and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select the specific account.
  3. Find the particular credit card entry you want to delete. Then, right-click and choose Delete.
  4. Click OK to confirm.

Then, you can read this article to see further details about deleting or voiding transactions in QBDT: Batch delete or void transactions in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant Edition.

On the other hand, I recommend providing feedback on the article you've read so that our product engineers can update the information for accuracy.

In case you need steps on how to personalize reports within the program to tell you about different aspects of your business, you can read this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Keep me posted if you have other questions about managing credit card transactions in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to assist you again, gsa11. Take care!
