I see that when things don't go as expected, it can lead to that feeling, kcroy. Please know that this isn't what I want you to experience.

When it's the first time to link an account in QBO, the system will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions. Because you received a prompt about the connectivity issue, that's why other transactions that should be there are currently missing.

What we can do now is wait for the fix. You'll be notified when it's resolved by receiving another prompt on that page. Once resolved, you can manually update your bank feeds at any time to ensure that you have the most recent transactions imported into your account.

For now, you can manually upload your data using a CSV file. You can follow the steps below to bring them into QuickBooks.

  1. Sign in to your bank website and download the transactions.
  2. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Transactions menu.
  3. Click the Link drop-down arrow and select Upload from file.

For the information and steps on importing bank data, we can visit this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
