You may have accidentally changed some transactions that caused it to become unreconciled. You can check the audit log to track any transaction changes when they occur. With the help of your accountant, you can reconcile these transactions again.

Also, you can prevent unwanted changes from your reconciled accounts by closing your books yearly.
