I understand the convenience of connecting our account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @MichaeltwirlUSA.  

 

Beforehand, may I know what specific error you encountered? I would greatly appreciate it if you would provide a screenshot for visual reference. This way, I can effectively address any concern you may have. 

 

In the meantime, we can use an incognito browser to connect your Venmo account to QBSE. This can help isolate the issue and determine if it's a browser-related issue. 

 

Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P for Safari

 

If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. This task is also possible in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate.
