You're not going to get a satisfactory answer from Intuit.  All of their solutions they put forth involve you, the U.S. customer, spending more money.  I am not happy as the documentation I read online before the purchased the product didn't mention anything about me having to be in another country in order to be allowed to import a journal entry.  Are their 39 other U.S. customers out there that had the same experience?
