Thanks for supporting, Karen.   If it's not all users having the problem, it might be something subtle that doesn't effect every file from every institution, but when a change was made to QB, it effected these particular files.   I hope they answer me and let them test with my particular file that worked last week and doesn't work this week - same file.   There's only a few records in it so i wasn't worried about dups.   i'm just trying to prove the point.
