The investigation number provided by the representative applies only to users having issues with the Memo field in the Sales section of QuickBooks. It doesn't include the problem with the bank detail not copying to the Memo field in bank feeds.
I've checked on my end and found an open investigation (INV-91350) specific to AMEX users. Our product engineers are already aware of the issue with the American Express Complete bank detail not copying to the Memo field when "Copy bank detail to the memo" is checked.
For now, a workaround for the bank issue is unavailable. Rest assured, our dedicated team is working diligently to get you back on track.
As we assess this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team again. They can add your company to the list of affected users to keep you in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix.
