I understand you've been through a lot already in trying to resolve the Copy bank detail to memo error.
We have an ongoing investigation where the American Express Complete bank detail not copying to the Memo field when "Copy bank detail to memo" is checked. Rest assured, our engineers are working to identify the cause to provide a solution and will provide you with updates regarding the status of this issue via email.
To add you to the list of affected users, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. You'll also receive an email notification about the update on this case. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the Search tab.
- Click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Enter a summary of the issue: Only a portion of the Banking Detail is copied into the Memo field in bank transactions. AMEX account. Ticket#: INV-91350.
- Click Continue and choose Chat or Callback.
