I appreciate your back-and-forth to resolve your banking issue, @SMH4875. I can think of one situation why you're experiencing this.

Right now, there are only a few selected banks that let you view your bank statements right from QBO. See the image below to know where you can see it from your company.

If you don't have the above option, then your banking company likely doesn't support this. I completely understand how useful the feature is especially when you're reconciling accounts for multiple clients, or reconciling several statements for the same account. Rest assured that we're working with financial institutions to make this functionality more widely available. Here's the list of supported banks that you can browse.

I'd recommend contacting your bank to obtain copies of your statements. When reconciling, you can then manually upload them to QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping then Transactions then tick Bank transactions.
  2. Pick the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Go to the Link account dropdown and then hit Upload from file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then tap Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, pick the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then click on Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
  7. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  8. Click Yes.
  9. When you accept your transactions, tap Done.

In case you encounter an error, don't worry. Here's how to resolve them while uploading your transactions.

Feel free to contact me again if you have any further banking concerns. We'll make sure to respond as soon as we can. Stay safe at all times!
