Thank you for your quick reply. I do have some points and some questions.

 

  1. My QBO does not have a Bookkeeping menu.
  2. As stated in my question, I've been told that the credit card does not connect to QBO.
  3. Since the other credit cards are already in the Banking menu, I do have the Link Account option, which is #2 in your steps to connect accounts. When I enter in the credit card information, it says that the credit card is not in its list of supported banks. All of this is to say that once again, I'm not able to figure out how to connect the credit card to QBO.

 

So my question is how to manually enter this into the banking field since QBO will apparently not do it. Perhaps there is another way. It is obviously possible, since it’s already been done with the other credit cards on the account.
